Running late?
If you're running late, please let us know! We totally get it - but if you're late by more than 15 minutes you will be asked to reschedule.

Please confirm or request to reschedule your appointment atleast 24 hours in advance.

Since we are working with chemicals in the salon, it is highly encouraged to leave your kids home if possible.
Cancelations & No shows
Appointments less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount. No Shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform other guests of an earlier appointment as well as keeping our schedule filled.
